Shannon Tomai is Assistant General Counsel at Oasis Pro Markets. Shannon has more than 15 years’ experience providing expert legal advice and acting as a strategic advisor to executive teams. Shannon has extensive experience in corporate law, commercial construction and real estate transactions and corporate governance. Prior to Oasis, Shannon was general counsel of a New York and Connecticut-based commercial construction firm. Prior to that, Shannon ran her own private practice as a business attorney. She started her career as an M&A and securities attorney for an international law firm.
