Pat is Chief Executive Officer of Oasis Pro Markets LLC, a broker dealer and member firm of FINRA and SIPC, and the first US-regulated multi-asset alternative trading system (“ATS”) authorized to allow its Subscribers to trade digital (“blockchain”) securities and make payment for those digital securities in digital cash, as well as its holding company, Oasis Pro, Inc. Over his 25+ year career, he has led capital markets teams and spearheaded the financing, acquisition and/or sale of well over 150 companies involving transactions comprising of over $20 billion across a variety of industries including technology, fintech, and blockchain.

Bob serves as the CAO of Oasis Pro Markets. He has over 25 years of capital markets experience at Credit Suisse, Bank of America, and Royal Bank of Canada. He has deep knowledge of front-to-back processes across Fixed Income and Equities products and has served as COO and Controller for front-office business units and support organizations, including technology divisions.

Evangelos is the VP of ATS Technical Services at Oasis Pro Markets. Evangelos's core capabilities include new product development, trading platforms technology and project management.   He has a successful track record of introducing new products, platforms and programs that drove profitable growth and improved customer engagement and value for companies such as Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase and GAIN Capital.

Christopher Hebel

Compliance Officer

Chris brings over twenty years of diverse Wall Street experience, both in bulge bracket and boutique settings, beginning his career at Merrill Lynch in Research and ECM/Investment Banking. He transitioned into trading and compliance at Sound Securities LLC and opened an international desk trading ordinary shares, and in 2010, he co-founded a proprietary trading firm utilizing various algorithms. Chris joined MacKenzie Partners Inc. in 2012 and co-founded the Sentinel Market Intelligence Group, primarily responsible for stock surveillance as well as proxy voting ahead of annual/special meetings of shareholders, including proxy contests and tender offerings. Chris graduated with a BS in Finance from Quinnipiac University.
