Throughout his career, he has taken on complex leadership challenges, including in highly regulated industries, and has a proven successful track record of delivering results in senior roles, including senior investment banker, corporate executive, financial and operating executive, founder, corporate advisor, private equity and fund investor, and public/private company board member. Additionally, with a senior role at Igneio/MakerDAO Foundation he has a unique blend of skills combining long-standing traditional finance background with a deep experience in decentralized finance/crypto/blockchain sectors.
Pat has been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt placements, high yield transactions, and IPOs, leading teams on over $15 billion of deals globally and leading groups at Credit Suisse First Boston and Bear Stearns, Inc. (now JP Morgan), amongst others. His responsibilities included all facets of deal origination structuring and deal execution. His industry areas of focus primarily include FinTech, Technology, Financial services, Blockchain, Media, Healthcare/Biotech, and Business Services companies.
As a recognized thought leader, Pat is, through television interviews and print media, a recognized expert and frequently been quoted by numerous media including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Financial Times, Reuters, Bloomberg News, etc.. Pat is also an invited speaker/panelist to many global conferences and webcasts such as Structured Finance Association, Association of Investment Management, SALT, etc. as well as been involved in 100+ panels on webcasts etc..
Also, Pat has served on the board of directors of several public and private companies and also has had past roles on several advisory boards/non-profit boards including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Council Member of the NYSE Amex Listed Company Council, the DTCC Executive Advisory Board for Private Securities (working group), etc..
Pat received his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania major in Finance and a concentration in Strategic Planning. He received his BA, magna cum laude, from Clark University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Pat is a Wharton Ambassador.
Bob serves as the Head of Administration at Oasis Pro Markets. He has over 25 years of capital markets experience at Credit Suisse, Bank of America, and Royal Bank of Canada. He has deep knowledge of front-to-back processes across Fixed Income and Equities products and has served as COO and Controller for front-office business units and support organizations, including technology divisions.
Viren is an eminent entrepreneur with extensive experience in Blockchain, Tokenization Platform, Public and Private Blockchain technologies. His recent work with GE and The Hartford as the Head of Blockchain and Architecture and an Emerging Technology Leader. Viren brings more than 24 years of experience in information technology within the financial services and investment management industry. In addition to his financial services expertise, he has leadership experience in the insurance industry, Cloud Services, architecture, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and product management.
Douglas joined Oasis Pro Markets as the Chief Compliance Officer. He has over 20 years of capital markets compliance experience at Commonwealth Financial Network, ACA Compliance Group, FINRA, Fidelity Investments, and others. He has a deep knowledge of compliance and regulatory affairs due to his time at FINRA.
Evangelos is the SVP of ATS Services at Oasis Pro Markets. Evangelos' core capabilities include new product development, trading platforms technology and project management. Prior to Oasis, Evangelos worked at GAIN Capital for over ten years in varying capacities, including head of the Project Management Office and head of Retail Trading Platforms. Evangelos also worked at JP Morgan Chase on the Project Delivery team for the Broker Technology services group, Bank of America as the Online Platform Development Manager, and Sloan Securities as the Director of Operations.
Shelly joined Oasis Pro Markets as SVP of Capital Markets. She has over 20 years of capital markets experience at Jefferies, Freddie Mac, Lone Star Funds, and others. She has a deep knowledge of RMBS products and served as the SVP & Senior Director of Capital Markets at Jefferies and Freddie Mac, respectively.
Gareth is SVP of ATS Operations at Oasis Pro Markets. He has a career spanning in excess of 25 years. He started his career with Natwest and Credit Lyonnais before pivoting into Retail FX and Crypto sales and trading with the likes of Saxo Bank and GFT (Gain Capital). Prior to joining OPM, Gareth embarked on the strategic set up and roll out of a new online regulated efX and Crypto firm as COO in Cyprus.
Jim is a financial markets expert and Big 4 CPA with deep blockchain experience covering CeFi, Reg. Policy, Bitcoin, ETH, Layer 1&2’s, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, Tokenization, and Web3 Infrastructure. Jim has also founded and operated several blockchain startups and holds a patent for a pioneering technique to broadcast blockchain digital rewards over sound that is secured on web3 wallets. Additionally, he has led global project delivery efforts for fixed income, equities and derivatives trading systems at prestigious institutions like UBS, RBS, Credit Suisse, and several investment management firms.
Gaurav is a vice president of Enterprise Technology. Prior to Oasis, Gaurav worked at the Hartford as Director of Claims IT Strategic Development. Gaurav is a leader in Global Information Technology with significant insurance industry experience that combines strong business acumen with broad technical knowledge to effectively select and implement technology solutions that advance business objectives, reduce costs, and improve customer experience. His insurance industry experience spans across both private and commercial line of business.
Michael joined Oasis Pro Markets as VP of Deal Execution. Michael has a broad range experience across the digtal asset space, he was Co-Founder of Okra Finance, Head of Business Development at Cook Finance, Head of Tokenization at Atomyze, and Project Manager at Gemini. He began his career at traditional financial institutions including Bank of America, HSBC, RBS, Scotia Bank, and Barclays.
Walker joined Oasis Pro from Portfolio Advisors where he worked on the marketing/investor relations team and helped raise a $2.8b Secondary Fund and a $750m Direct Co-Investment Fund. Walker was also responsible for completing DD requests, RFPs, Cash Flow analysis, DDQs and ad-hoc requests. Prior to Portfolio Advisors, Walker worked for Canaan Partners, a Venture Capital Firm, and Bentley Associates L.P., a boutique investment bank.
Marcin has over 5 years of experience in IT and software development, including product management, quality assurance, agile, scrum, and business analysis. Marcin was responsible for ensuring the development of various products, implementation of development processes, and management of product roadmaps.
Allan is a smart contract engineer building secure applications on decentralized ledger technology. Prior to Oasis, Allan worked as a smart contract engineer at Masa Finance.
Laura is the Administrative/Executive Assistant at Oasis Pro Markets. Prior to joining Oasis, Laura specialized in business relocation services where she assisted business owners in identifying replacement locations and filed relocation claims per State/Federal guidelines. Laura is fluent in Spanish as a second language.
