Pat is a dedicated, driven, and highly successful CEO, Executive Leader and global Fintech and digital transformation leader with over 25+ years of experience building and managing winning teams in investment banking, corporations, and private equity with a passion for inspiring teams through visionary leadership and creation of value. Throughout his career, he has taken on complex leadership challenges, including in highly regulated industries, and has a proven successful track record of delivering results in senior roles, including senior investment banker, corporate executive, financial and operating executive, founder, corporate advisor, private equity and fund investor, and public/private company board member. Additionally, with a senior role at Igneio/MakerDAO Foundation he has a unique blend of skills combining long-standing traditional finance background with a deep experience in decentralized finance/crypto/blockchain sectors.

Pat has been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt placements, high yield transactions, and IPOs, leading teams on over $15 billion of deals globally and leading groups at Credit Suisse First Boston and Bear Stearns, Inc. (now JP Morgan), amongst others. His responsibilities included all facets of deal origination structuring and deal execution. His industry areas of focus primarily include FinTech, Technology, Financial services, Blockchain, Media, Healthcare/Biotech, and Business Services companies.

As a recognized thought leader, Pat is, through television interviews and print media, a recognized expert and frequently been quoted by numerous media including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Financial Times, Reuters, Bloomberg News, etc.. Pat is also an invited speaker/panelist to many global conferences and webcasts such as Structured Finance Association, Association of Investment Management, SALT, etc. as well as been involved in 100+ panels on webcasts etc..

Also, Pat has served on the board of directors of several public and private companies and also has had past roles on several advisory boards/non-profit boards including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Council Member of the NYSE Amex Listed Company Council, the DTCC Executive Advisory Board for Private Securities (working group), etc..

Pat received his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania major in Finance and a concentration in Strategic Planning. He received his BA, magna cum laude, from Clark University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Pat is a Wharton Ambassador.
